The Whitmer Company offers consulting services to architects and engineers, furnishing the following services:

1. The Whitmer Company will help determine program requirements and budget.

2. The Whitmer Company will review, compare and recommend a full array of swimming pool construction techniques, mechanical systems and deck equipment to fulfill the basic needs of the Owner.

3. The Whitmer Company will, after the scope of the project has been determined, properly select appropriate systems and equipment and furnish detailed specifications.

4. The Whitmer Company will work closely with other consultants to the designer to include structural engineers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, interior designers and others to ensure a total system compatibility and completeness.

5. The Whitmer Company shall furnish engineering within the scope of our swimming pool expertise.

6. The Whitmer Company will identify other systems within the scope of the project for competitive bid purposes.

7. The Whitmer Company will negotiate an acceptable fee structure for the above services to include an hourly rate for consultation and meetings, a fixed rate for specification and engineering development.
